This year too, from 7th to 10th May the Blonde d’Aquitaine took part in Cibus Parma, Italy’s most important international food fair.
At Asprocarne Piemonte’s stand it was possible to taste this precious beef and discover more about its origins and its exceptional organoleptic characteristics, obtained also thanks to a breeding protocol based on traceability, food safety and animal welfare.
During these days, industry stakeholders and journalists were also able to attend panel discussions with experts in the field. In particular, on 8th May there was a workshop dedicated to a sensory analysis of Blonde d’Aquitaine beef led by meat expert Elisa Guizzo. The event, monitored by journalist Paolo Massobrio, also involved Franco Martini, president of Asprocarne Piemonte, and nutritionist biologist Federica Cavallini, who provided important information on meat consumption within a healthy and balanced diet.
