From 8th to 11th May, the Blonde d’Aquitaine took part in Tuttofood 2023, a leading event in Italy in the agri-food sector, to educate and make aware buyers and trade operators about recognizing, researching and choosing beef produced in compliance with high quality standards, such as those guaranteed by the Sistema di Qualità Nazionale zootecnia (National Quality Scheme in Zootechnics).
A unique opportunity to meet other leaders in the sector and further make European Beef Excellence known to the audience, a project which in the past three years has promoted the knowledge and tastiness of a “naturally tender” beef produced from French cattle raised in Italy.
To make the participation in this year’s edition even more special, a show cooking and tasting held by Italian MasterChef Federico Francesco Ferrero.
