From 12th to 25th February 2024, French TV broadcaster TF1 aired the 20-second spot dedicated to the Blonde d’Aquitaine cattle breed on its channels.
The TV campaign achieved excellent results, reaching 24.071.353 contacts in just 14 days, with a repetition rate of 2,8. At a strategic level, the choice of broadcasting the commercial on TF1 proved to be successful, being the first TV channel in France in terms of audience ratings, just as essential was the choice of the airing time, between 12.29 and 13.00, in the middle of the meridian slot. This is in fact the time when the French channel broadcasts game shows (Les 12 coups de midi), cooking programmes (Petits plats en equilibre) and the 13 o’clock news (Le Journal de 13 h), thus intercepting viewers interested in a healthy and balanced lifestyle and diet.
Filmed in the pastures of the Pyrénées Atlantiques, Aquitaine, Occitanie and Piedmont, the spot emphasises the passion of the breeders of the Blonde d’Aquitaine breed and the tenderness of its meat, the result of carefully selected breeding methods and feed.
The production of this commercial is part of the second programme “Blonde d’Aquitaine. European Beef Excellence”, a three-year information and promotion project co-financed by the European Union and managed by Asprocarne Piemonte e France Blonde d’Aquitaine Sélection.
